Happy St. Patrick’s Day friends!
Here’s hoping you get to eat a big slice of Irish Soda Bread slathered in butter – at some point today. Or even better, that you get a chance to bake a loaf.
This Raspberry Walnut Irish Soda Bread is as easy as whipping up muffin batter: Toss together few dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, etc) and a few wet ones (egg + buttermilk) and you’re nearly there.
And while this whole wheat bread is super yummy straight out of the oven. Toasting it the next day and topping all those juicy raspberries in the bread with peanut butter is…well, beyond delicious. Please pop over to Food Network for my recipe for Raspberry Walnut Irish Soda Bread.
Oh, and if you really feel like toast this morning – but don’t have time to bake the bread – check out my #HealthyKitchenHack for making this super-quick St. Patrick’s Day toast!

I love making homemade bread - but rarely have the time to make yeast bread. This accomplishes homemade bread in no time! Hope you get a chance to make it Bethany!
