I made the sauce today for grilled asparagus. It was delicious and just as easy as you made it look. I will %100 make it again. We also had steak and potato salad.
I just do the back and forth between the eggshell method. Sometimes they break, but usually they're good.

I 'steam' my asparagus in the microwave with about a tablespoon of water.
Ha! I also got green garlic in my CSA box today!

This time, Serena will also be joining me and our travel partner Wendy Jaeger, owner of Blissful Travels (an established boutique culinary and wine travel specialist) for our customized SPRINGTIME, one-of-a-kind trip through Provence, France to explore their contribution to Mediterranean cuisine and experience the Mediterranean lifestyle firsthand.
Our return to Provence “Travel with the Teaspoons” experience will take place from May 31 – June 6, 2023 and will be co-lead and co-created me, Serena, and Wendy, our bilingual Francophile food and wine travel expert. A few trip details:
