Thai Lime and Chile Popcorn Snack

Description

Stovetop popcorn is a delicious whole grain snack – jazz it up with Trader Joe’s Thai Lime and Chili cashews and dried cherries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 teaspoons virgin coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup popcorn, unpopped
  • 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Thai Lime & Chili Cashews
  • 1/4 cup sweet or tart dried cherries

Instructions

  1. In a large covered pot, heat oil over medium-heat and add just two kernels. Once they pop, add the remaining popcorn.
  2. After kernels are done popping, remove from heat immediately.
  3. Mix in cashews and dried cherries.
  4. Happy snacking!
