Stovetop popcorn is a delicious whole grain snack – jazz it up with Trader Joe’s Thai Lime and Chili cashews and dried cherries.
- 2 teaspoons virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 cup popcorn, unpopped
- 1/4 cup Trader Joe’s Thai Lime & Chili Cashews
- 1/4 cup sweet or tart dried cherries
- In a large covered pot, heat oil over medium-heat and add just two kernels. Once they pop, add the remaining popcorn.
- After kernels are done popping, remove from heat immediately.
- Mix in cashews and dried cherries.
