Ingredients

- 4 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8 ounces fat-free condensed milk (a little more than 1/2 of a 14 ounce can)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, whip together milk, cocoa, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pour into 8 (10 x 3-inch) treat bags (I use Pretzel Rod bags from Wilton.) Knot each bag where the pop ends. Freeze overnight.
- To eat, snip the corner end of the bag to push out the pop to eat little by little.
