Curried Pecans

  • Yield: 8 (1/4 cup) servings 1x


  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 23 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Pinch of sugar, if desired


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a bowl, pour butter over pecan and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix curry powder, salt and sugar together. Pour over pecans and mix until thoroughly coated.
  4. Spread pecans out on baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes until toasted.
