Today, I’m going against the “all things pumpkin” wave everyone seems to be on these days but I gotta say, I’m kinda giddy about this Butternut Squash Cake Roll.
And while nothing can replace Thanksgiving pumpkin pie IMHO, I do think I have a new favorite fall dessert in this lighter cake roll that features Greek style yogurt as a base for the filling.
