Such a brilliant idea! I wish I knew this last weekend, and that you had a hack for memory to spray the parchment with cooking spray so the bake didn't stick lol!

Such a great point Liz! It never hurts to spray parchment paper too. Of course, if you don't, you get to scrap the cake crumbs off the paper with a fork and eat them yourself! Which I don't mind doing!
