We’re days away from popping bottles of the bubbly so I thought it would be fun to round up some Teaspoon recipes that are ideal to serve with Champagne or your favorite sparkling wine.
I start with one my all-time favorite party foods to make and eat, Rosemary Shrimp Skewers. I’m lucky to partake of the Italian-American tradition of 7 Fish Christmas Eve dinner every year, and every year, I bring this pretty shrimp dish that I’ve adapted from an old Cooking Light issue. This recipe also is a fantastic New Year’s Eve party appetizer as it pairs nicely with Prosecco, Champagne or just about any sparkler you are pouring at midnight.
